This intensive two-day group training course will prepare you to migrate from CaseBook 6 to Ringtail Legal 2005.
During the course, you will:
Learn about updates from the point of view of an end user, a case manager and an administrator.
Become a certified Ringtail Legal 2005 Administrator. Upon completing this course, Ringtail Administrators who demonstrate an adequate understanding of Ringtail Legal 2005 will be certified as Ringtail Legal 2005 Administrators.
Meet your Level 1 FTI Ringtail support team, members of the FTI Ringtail development team and network with other Ringtail Administrators.
